Minister Błaszczak is Visiting Brussels and Washington

Minister of National Defence Mariusz Błaszczak is paying visits to Brussels and Washington this week.

On Monday, 15th January Minister of National Defense Mariusz Błaszczak, met with the Supreme Allied Commander Europe Supreme (SACEUR) General Curitz M. Scaparrotti and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Brussels. 

On Tuesday, January 16th the Head of the Ministry of National Defense will leave to Washington. On Wednesday, Minister Mariusz Blaszczak will meet with the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs (APNSA)  Lt. Gen. Herbert Raymond McMaster.

Mariusz Błaszczak was appointed to the position the Polish Minister of National Defence on Tuesday, 9 January 2018. He replaced Antoni Macierewicz, who had been a Minister of National Defence since November 2015. Previously, in the Law and Justice (PiS) government, Mariusz Błaszczak was the Head of the Ministry of the Interiro and Administration.
