On 26th and 27th August the 15th edition of the International Air Show took place in Radom.

Aviators hailing from 10 countries were involved in the event. Alongside the Poles, the Air Show also involved the Americans, Spainiards, Dutch, Italians, Romanians, Ukrainians, Austrians, Germans and Lithuanians. The solo and team displays involved both civil, as well as military aircraft.

The Poles are a nation which, since the very birth of aviation, has been in love with this domain. This is symbollised both by the successes and achievements of Żwirko and Wigura 85 years ago, as well as by the achievements of the contemporary Polish aviators. I would like to give a warm welcome to the representatives of all of the nations who are going to contribute to our event – the pilots, the soldiers, the representatives of the diplomacy. We are happy with your presence. We are proud that the great mastery may be also show, beside you, by the Polish teams.
